Products are designed and made in Canada. Each step of the process is handled with great care to ensure the best quality.

Blume - Before you buy:

• Each piece is handmade and therefore unique, the one you receive will be one of a kind. No two pieces are exactly the same.

• Every product is made to order, please allow up to 5 weeks before item is shipped.

Blume - Shipping:

• Blume is made to order, please allow up to 5 weeks for production before item is shipped. If you require express delivery please contact us at nikki@nikkialagha.com before your purchase.

• All purchases are shipped via Canada post. There will be a tracking number with your order confirmation.

• North America - Allow 10-14 business days for delivery from time of shipment.

• International - shipping times may vary depending on size of package, Allow 20-22 days for delivery from time of shipment.

Blume - Return Policy:

Blume sales are final sale - In the rare case your package arrives damaged, or there is a problem with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will be happy to resolve the issue. 

International Duties and Taxes:

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes that Nikki Alagha Design is not responsible for, it is up to the buyer to look over these potential fees. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods listed on the website or shipping costs. Nikki Alagha Design is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they need it.
